Free shipping in NZ and AU for all orders over $200.

For orders under $200: Auckland region - Free; Other regions within North Island - $5; South Island - $15. Australia - $17.

We try to dispatch your order on the same day for orders placed before 8am Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 8am Monday - Friday will be dispatched the following working day. There may be delays during sale periods and public holidays. We do not dispatch orders on public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive email confirmation with a tracking link. The delivery is not signature required. However, you can still change your delivery requirements with NZ Post directly if you have an account with them.

Returns and Exchanges

Change of Mind: Due to the nature of our products we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for a change of mind, unless you are eligible for refund under Money Back Guarantee.

  • Faulty or Misrepresented Products:

If your product is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Please provide your name and order number so we can identify you in our system. Please also attach images of the fault for our records and investigation.

  • Money Back Guarantee for First-Time Purchasers:

If you are not satisfied after 90 days of consistently taking our supplement range, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for the Money Back Guarantee

  1. You must meet the definition of a consumer under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
  2. This must be your or your household’s first purchase of our supplements from our website.
  3. You have taken the purchased supplements continuously for 3 months, as directed on the label, until the containers are empty.
  4. Your refund claim (up to a maximum of a 3-month supply) is submitted within 4 months from the date of your order.
  5. You have followed the refund process and provided the required information, as detailed below.
  • How to Claim Your Refund:

  1. Provide your details: Email your full name, address, and order number to contactus@menomora.com.
  2. Return the containers: Send the empty containers (3-month supply) to 59A Methuen Road, New Windsor, Auckland via a courier service. We cannot process refunds for items that are not returned or are lost in transit.
  3. Refund processing: Once we receive your returned containers, we will refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping costs) to the original payment method. Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to be processed.
  4. Important notes:
  • The Money Back Guarantee applies only to first-time purchases and is limited to one refund per product, per household.
  • It is valid only for purchases made through our website, www.menomora.com.
  • We reserve the right to decline refunds if the conditions outlined above are not met.
